Power Stealing is an unnamed White Art that gives the user the ability to steal the Magic of others.
Description
This White Art allows the user to steal the Magic and/or Magic Power of another who possesses said Magic. In extreme cases, it is possible the victim dies from Magic Deficiency Disease due to their power being taken forcibly.[1]
