Unison Raid

So I found a trailer showing new Unison Raids in the United Forces game, maybe you can add them to the page. Link: youtube.com/watch?v=dHBYqpGyOLo&t=1s

Here are descriptions of each one to save you the trouble of writing, but feel free to change anything if you like.

Laxus + Freed (Lone Thunder): Freed creates streams of Runes all around him, which Laxus charges up his electricity and attack their opponent.

Elfman + Evergreen (Fairy Bomb Storm): Evergreen brings out her explosive fairy dust which Elfman in his Beast Soul form inhales and blows it out at a target.

Gajeel +Levy (Karma Demon: Siege Drill): Levy creates a ginormous Solid Script: Iron which Gajeel devours and attack the target with his arms turned into giant drills.

Gray + Juvia (Freezing Rain): Juvia creates geysers of water from the grown directed at Gray, he then uses his freezing with the water directed at their target.

Mirajane + lisanna (Million Vicious Burst): Mirajane in her Satan Soul form creates a dark orb which she passes to Lisanna in her Cat form, she hits it in the air and I think it gets bigger each time, then she smacks it at their target. Striker10 (talk) 14:50, 10 April 2021 (UTC)

That's cool bro.

Also, for some reason the images for some of the 2020 game spells don't seem to be working, they can still appear on the page but not on the infobox with the casting/effect switch tabs. I can't figure out what's wrong Striker10 (talk) 11:45, 12 April 2021 (UTC)

I've actually also noticed some pages' switch tabs not actually working right as well, like Acnologia.Cancer (no bg).pngAnimaltamer7Cancer11:49, 12 April 2021 (UTC)

A question?

Hey Lightning, I was just wondering where Sage Dragon Slayer Magic name came from?

Edit: Also Law Dragon Slayer Magic.Lyra (no background).pngAnimaltamer7Lyra05:10, 11 April 2021 (UTC)

I get the naming theme since most dragons and dragon slayers' titles are their specific magic, but only just that? nothing from a game or volume extra? I mean isn't it kind of speculative to say that it definitely is what they'd call it? Since, while they'd probably call it that, we haven't actually got anything concrete that they do call it that.Crux (no background).pngAnimaltamer7Crux06:59, 11 April 2021 (UTC)

Okay then.Pyxis (Clear Background).PNG.pngAnimaltamer7Pyxis07:16, 11 April 2021 (UTC)

Hi, after seeing that Levy got her own subpages, I was beginning to wonder who else would get their own at some point in the future and I also had some ideas to expand on them if that’s okay. One thought that’s been with me for a while was that a relationship subpage/section was made to detail the relations among the characters like Gajeel and Levy’s initial conflict to later becoming intimate and how Evergreen and her team view Laxus for a couple examples. Additionally, I also think that the spin-offs whether they were made by Mashima or not should be included in the “Other Media” section just so that they wouldn’t be excluded from people’s attention. But those are just my personal thoughts, what do you think?Awareness Bringer (talk) 15:01, 11 April 2021 (UTC)

I absolutely disagree with the creation of a relationship subpage/subsection. We've tried it twice before, both times failing because aside from the clear and obvious moments between two characters (Natsu and Gray's rivalry, loke's flirtatiousness with most female characters, etc.) it was hard to fully tell in ambiguous moments and that most, often the ones with more sparse screentime together, tend to be speculative of how much they actually felt. I do think the spin-offs do deserve at least a mention of their presence in the other media section though, probably not full summaries but more short and concise since the majority of the spin-offs aren't canon.Aries in ECS arc (no background).pngAnimaltamer7Aries

  • I get that it would be difficult, but the relationship stuff doesn’t need to start out as in-depth as the One Piece wiki versions and I suppose it doesn’t have to include every character per section. Just start with sourcing the details that matter most and maybe recap the media to be precise. Awareness Bringer (talk) 16:02, 11 April 2021 (UTC)

I still think we shouldn't do the relationship section. Taurus in ECS arc (no bg).pngAnimaltamer7Taurus16:11, 11 April 2021 (UTC)

100 Year Arc Battles

How come no one’s done anything to describe 100 year Arc battles? KiritoFan88 (talk) 21:25, 14 April 2021 (UTC)

As I mentioned in my last message to you, I was curious on who else would get their own synopses and etcetera after seeing how this week had Levy, Panther Lily, and the remaining Strauss siblings getting their own. So, I wanted to ask which characters are reliable to get their articles divided in the foreseeable future, and if so, what are the requirements for it. I know it's probably a weird question, but I can't resist asking. Awareness Bringer (talk) 22:09, 15 April 2021 (UTC)

  • Evergreen, Freed Justine, and Bickslow make sense enough, but what about minor Fairy Tail members like Macao Conbolt, Wakaba Mine, Jet, and Droy? It might be silly of me to presume much, but they look like they have long articles in terms of plot synopses and other media appearances, at least to me. Can't help but wonder. How articles will look this summer

Hey again LightningGeist, it's my intention to keep you updated regarding the new skin so you are fully aware of what to expect as we approach its summer rollout. There's a new blog regarding how articles will look in particular, with a variety of different page widths (some only accessible to users), tables of contents and editor entry points that are accessible anywhere on the page, etc. If you have any feedback on any of these facets by all means let me know!
UrsuulTalkWRDate1:13 PM Saturday, April 17, 2021 (UTC)

I understand your concern. Should such a problem turn up, then by all means send me a message & I'll be glad to assist you.

Latest news on FandomDesktop

Hey Lightning, I just wanted to make you aware of new info on the upcoming FandomDesktop skin since I last messaged you. Here are some in-depth blogs on how navigation is going to change for your wiki, how the ThemeDesigner will change (along with more info about dark/light modes), and most recently, Fandom’s upcoming user tools and the new Quickbar/Toolbar in the bottom of the page. Let me know if you have any questions about any of these upcoming changes!
UrsuulTalkWRDate6:29 PM Saturday, May 22, 2021 (UTC)

Excellent idea re: avatar-style logo. In fact, if you make one before the early release of the skin comes out, you're welcome to send it my way & I can make sure it'll be already set up in the new skin once it becomes available. Same thing if you wanted a different background image.
UrsuulTalkWRDate11:34 PM Saturday, May 22, 2021 (UTC)

Looks pretty solid so far! Things are getting busy pretty fast with this announcement, so I can't really review, but if you run into any bugs or things just not looking quite right, by all means let me know & I can either take it as feedback or potentially address it with CSS. Just keep in mind that almost everyone is doing this so it may be a bit delayed.

Wiki upcoming changes

Hey, I am not exactly a graphics designer nor have I even tried to touch Photoshop in recent years, so I'm probably not the right person for this. I wasn't involved in creating the current logo/background either.  Miskos3  Message  09:16, 23 May 2021 (UTC)

Yeah, I'm not a good graphic designer either, sorry. Checking the history of the wordmark though, it was Mega who uploaded the oldest iteration, but he (like most of the old editors) isn't active as much. We could ask Ultra if he'd be able to. Aries PNG.pngAnimaltamer7Aries13:30, 23 May 2021 (UTC)

White Shadow Dragon's Rough Silk‎‎

I edited the page because image isn't showing up properly. Why'd you revert the edits? Ti9MK97s (talk) 19:16, 7 June 2021 (UTC)

Tabber and Gallery

Since you said the Tabber is being worked on, but in the meantime why not use the Gallery? If anything, Gallery achieve exactly the same thing to Tabber and it is not broken at all. This is evident to User:Ti9MK97s' edit on White Shadow Dragon's Rough Silk edit on 6:59, 5 June 2021, the Gallery made the images appear and did exactly what Tabber did, factly it helped the article in-question. So why revert it back to tabber that is still broken, and use Gallery in the meantime? If you click this link https://fairytail.fandom.com/wiki/White_Shadow_Dragon%27s_Rough_Silk?diff=1027529&oldid=1022225, it shows you the images is now appearing in the article when using the gallery, which is something that is needed. But since you reverted it, nothing's there now since as you said, Tabber is bugged. So why not use Gallery? (Captain Flowers (talk) 04:50, 9 June 2021 (UTC))

Oh, some only seem have affected, alright, understandable on that part, thank you for clarifying as I thought every article using it was affected. (Captain Flowers (talk) 10:23, 9 June 2021 (UTC))

Romeo's Purple Fire

Hey Lightning, because of https://fairytail.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000000139191 this post, I was wondering about Romeo's Rainbow Fire and since the cover to chapter 257 says that he uses Rainbow Fire and has learned 3 colors at the time. I checked Chapter 256 about what he says, both English and in the raws, and he says "sticky purple fire, like [his] dad". Now I wonder whether the purple fire he uses is just meant to be a Rainbow Fire spell and not the exact same as his father's magic or as from the post, that Purple Flare is a variant of Rainbow Fire. With this in mind, would Romeo's use of Purple Net work like the few spells that count under different types of magic?Pyxis (Clear Background).PNG.pngAnimaltamer7Pyxis11:41, 21 June 2021 (UTC)

Okay fair point, though when I checked on Jisho.org the kanji 紫 also listed violet as a meaning. It's just really confusing since those chapters happened long before the anime caught up to it, with the 257 cover only listing the rainbow fire and noting the three colors, and that only the anime expanded on his use of purple flare (along with the rainbow fire spell itself), so it's probably best to just chalk this up as it being unclear.Crux (no background).pngAnimaltamer7Crux13:27, 21 June 2021 (UTC)

Technically speaking, we've canonically seen all seven fire colors individually by Totomaru in the manga, which is a shame we didn't get to see in the anime which makes me wish for an official color edition. I can only assume the red is just normal fire.

I search for possible games where he uses other flames in color and I found a video from the Fairy Tail Gekitou! Madoushi Kessen game, so make your judgement if it matches the Purple Flare. youtube.com/watch?v=eecebivsKdo

While violet is the right color in the rainbow, some people actually believe it's purple, I did so for a long time, so there's a chance Mashima might think the same when he wrote the "3 colors" for Romeo. Bottom line is there's no knowing it officially unless we get confirmation in the story or someone asks Mashima online like Twitter or in person.Striker10 (talk) 20:19, 21 June 2021 (UTC)

Corrections on Ivan Dreyar Page

Hallo Herr Blitz Geist, there are a few incorrect statements on the page of Ivan Dreyar (at least according to my sources) that keep bothering me. I'd be happy to make changes as needed but is there anything I should know beforehand? Or do I rather request the changes to be made instead? Should I specify them here? Or I go ahead and edit and you check and rollback in case I did it wrong? It's a fantastically kept Wiki and I'd hate to ruin anything... Kind regards, Windmaedchen (talk) 18:21, 23 June 2021 (UTC)

Failure to Add to Talk Page (Ivan Dreyar)

I am sorry for being here again, but I can't seem to edit my previous comment on your Talk Page, nor am I sure how else to reach out to you. I tried to add my suggested edits to the Talk Page of Ivan Dreyar Page but Fandom gave me an error message, telling me their Spam Filter prohibited the edit. The questionable source of Spam was "m a n g a s t r e a m". It's not in MY edit but probably it is a link in the previous (very old) topics of the talk page. I have no way of changing that, I guess - so until that is removed I don't think I can post on that talk page? Windmaedchen (talk) 19:33, 23 June 2021 (UTC)
