Review
Alrighty, Raven's already made a review and I don't have time to make a full one since I have to be in class in like twenty minutes, but I'll give my rants and raves.
Rants and Raves
- God Serena's magical capabilities are INSANE! They truly befit someone who was the strongest Mage in Ishgar. It's now more believable that he's that far above the rest of the Wizard Saints. Speaking of the rest of the Wizard Saints, I really want to see the extent of Hyberion's Vampire Magic. Which brings me to my first rant.
- The Wizards Saints had better not be down completely for this arc. They've been beyond hyped and us only getting an offscreen battle and a few onscreen blows would be absolutely terrible.
- Acnologia showing up and making quick work of Serena was beyond badass. And I'm really digging his human form. Him speaking makes him more of a realistic villain in my eyes. And he's also apparently coming to kill the other seven Dragon Slayers... not too interested in this development though. ( .___.)
- While God Serena getting one shotted was badass, if God Serena, who has been hyped even more than his former Wizard Saint fellows, is completely done after only a brief display of strength, I will be VERY upset.
Rating
All in all? This chapter's quality is contingent upon the following chapters. If Serena and all the other Wizard Saints are down for the count, then this chapter was awful. However, if they are just down temporarily, then this was a pretty decent chapter. I'm going to base my ratings on the latter assumption.
