Summary
The chapter cover pretty nice. Juvia FTW! :3 And the actual chapter begins with Erza, Natsu, Lucy, and Gray, helping all of the people of Caracol Island out of the water and onto some nearby fishing vessels. As Team Natsu starts to discuss their next move, they are teleported instantly to an underwater temple where they meet Angel, who is now going by her birth name, Sorano. She tells them that Makarov is alive, and that she'll take them to him. Elswhere, Makarov is playing a board game with some old dude when Emperor Spriggan returns, and it's none other than Zeref himself.Review
Favorite Moment: Zeref is Spriggan
Okay, so this chapter was pretty decent. As much as I adore my Mest, he is... quite weak. ( .___.) Virtually every chapter he appears in is him getting his ass beat. >__< And obviously we didn't see his and Marin Hollow's match, so I can't really speak on it, but I didn't see anything from Marin that suggested that he had noteworthy offensive capabilities. >_> But, I digress. The spy on Caracol Island turned out to be non other than Angel! Who's pretty hot, but honestly not my favorite Oracion Seis member, XD. I, like Erza, kinda wished it was Cobra. ( .___.) I really hope that Angel appearing is a hint that the rest of Crime Sorciere - mainly Jellal, Meredy, and Cobra - will be appearing soon. We haven't seen them in any notable action in a bit.
Now on to the meat of the chapter. Makarov is in Albareth and he has been in... no danger at all. -___- Dude has basically been chilling for the past year whilst waiting for the Emperor to return so he can talk negotiations. I know Fairy Tail disbanded and all, but I kinda feel like he could've called (communication Lacrima) or written somebody a letter during the past year so they'd know he was alright and not dead or worse. And honestly, I don't see why he thought the Emperor was such a good guy. Yes, he treated him as a guest, but, if I read the chapter correctly, the dude kept him waiting to talk for a really long time. Rude much? ;-) Jokes aside, the biggest reveal of the chapter is that Emperor Spriggan is none other than... Zeref. :D And honestly, that kinda makes sense. It'd take someone pretty damn powerful to keep the twelve incredibly OP Spriggans in line, and who better to do that than Zeref himself? :P I'm really interested in seeing how this situation plays out. Especially since Makarov knows that the Emperor is Zeref.
