Summary
Favorite Moment from the Chapter
The chapter begins where the last one left off. Erza, Mest, Natsu, Lucy, Wendy, Happy, and Carla are all on a boat sailing for the Albareth Empire, but they have to make a stop at Caracole Island to refuel. As they are sailing up, they notice Albareth's navy there and decide to sneak in. Thanks to Erza and Lucy's girlish charms, they manage to. But when they see a child about to be hit by one of the Navy dudes, all of Team Natsu blow their cover and kick some guard ass. Elsewhere, the B Team including Mirajane,Gajeel, Juvia, Cana, Elfman, Levy, Panther Lily and Lisanna are still searching for Laxus and the Thunder God Tribe.
Review
Overall, this chapter was just okay. It was mostly a transition chapter, and as such, it wasn't anywhere near as epic as the last chapter was. I'm hella peeved that Team Natsu has blow their damn cover already, but I guess it can't be helped. It's not like they could've just sat back and allowed a kid to get his ass beat. :/ And if they did, most of us would've lost a lot of respect for them. Even more annoying than Team Natsu blowing their cover is the fact that Lisanna is with the B Team. She's. so. damn. USELESS! Although to be fair, perhaps she's gotten stronger over the time skip. We'll have to wait and see. I'm also curious as to who the spy on Caracole Island is. Could it be someone we know perhaps? Or is it someone new altogether? Either way I'm interested in knowing who the hell this spy is and why they're in Albareth.
Rants and Raves
- All of the nostalgic throwbacks: the motion sickness, Natsu the ninja, Gray losing his clothes, etc. ^____^
- Team Natsu blowing their damn cover already!
- Ninpou: Eat-My-Fist No Jutsu - 'Nuff said. :D
- Lisanna being with the B Team. She better not slow my lovely Mirajane down.
- The incredibly adorable Gajevy moment. :3
- It was really nice to see Lucy attacking the guards with everyone else. I feel like before the Time Skip she would've been on the sidelines watching while Natsu, Gray, and Erza did all the fighting.
