While technically not exposing the weapon's blade, users of this style have been shown capable of slicing foes as if they were wielding an unsheathed sword, delivering powerful blows, be it against large[1] or even highly durable targets.[2] The overall power output increases exponentially when the sword is fully unleashed to strike.[3][4]
