While looking at Sand World much more closely, it became much more understandable that the user merges with the sandstorm and is able to move freely in any and all places within the sandstorm without being hit and can bypass enemies' guards, this is safe to say this is pretty much close to nigh-omnipresence, which he is present within an entire town of Magnolia (if he so chooses), that would make his quote about being "God" not entirely without truth.--CNBA3 (talk) 13:59, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

There's a world of difference between (nigh-)omnipresence and a perfect camouflage. --Sane Lunatic (talk) 14:13, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

There is also difference between hiding in the sand and merging with the sand as well.--CNBA3 (talk) 14:40, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

What I'm saying is that Ajeel merges with the sandstorm which makes him the sandstorm it self which is present in the entire town, Erza couldn't hit him because he was the sand and there is sand everywhere so she can hit it all unless he leaves the sandstorm.--CNBA3 (talk) 15:52, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

He doesn't become the sandstorm itself. He just blends in with it... --Sane Lunatic (talk) 15:58, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

It didn't look like blending, more like he was part of the sand, one panel showed his distorted face, another where he attacked Erza while he had no legs or they were still sand.--CNBA3 (talk) 16:40, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

Ajeel merges with the sand, which is sort of like blending, yes. But it's not exactly camouflage either. However, he isn't everywhere and anywhere within the sandstorm. His face appeared distorted because he was halfway through the process of materializing part of his body to attack, so no, he isn't omnipresent. If he was omnipresent he, would have been everywhere at once, and therefore would have been able to assist all his teammates in their battles and basically killed everyone. However, he didn't do that because Sand World itself is a spell that creates a means for him to travel and attack his enemies. Had he killed Erza, he would've used the sand to move to another location.

True, I'll give you that, but what I said is he was nigh-omnipresent, it works as a limited or lesser version of the omnipresent such as beinging anywhere in the sandstorm but not everywhere in existence, for which as he merges with the sandstorm it is as if he has a presence throughout the town, he can use it to attack from anywhere, not be attacked and can bypass Erza while she had her guard up, unfortunately due to his personality he was so fixated on torturing Erza that he wouldn't pay any attention on what was happening anywhere else, or atleast when he was still part of the sandstorm.--CNBA3 (talk) 17:33, February 19, 2016 (UTC)
