Zeref's Awakening Starting Spell[]
Does anyone have evidence for Meredy's 1st spell in Zeref's Awakening being 'Oin Cetsu Bobo'? So far, I haven't been able to find any, and in the lists of spells that I've found so far, the first has been listed as 'Maguilty' instead.

Merudy[]
Since everyone is so opposed to me just adding it to the trivia section, I thought I'd just make my case here. I know everyone hates the translation the official English release went with, but considering that it is in the official release, I think it at least deserves mention as trivia. I also think it's a little unfair to brush it off as a botched translation considering that the romaji for her name is Merudi, not Meredi. I respect the decision not to go change to the official translation, but I think people here are being a little too harsh on it. Especially considering that plenty of previous name changes have been accepted after the initial shock, and that Mashima has been known to flip flop on how his names are spelled so his input isn't a 100% guarantee. —This unsigned comment was made by 99.121.201.155 (talk • contribs) .
- Name differences don't go in trivia sections. It's as simple as that.

But the Tenrou Island page lists Kodansha's different translation in their trivia. Don't tell me that's okay because it's a difference of more than a couple letters. - Additionally, that trivia was set up a little awkward. I have just fixed it; it was in correlation to a legitimate piece of trivia. If we did name differences for every character, we'd have a lot of name differences. If they don't have the note, we vote; we voted, we thought it stank.

Merudy is NOT an official spelling, that's why we held the discussion. Now, about it being in the trivia section, we don't do that. We do all that in the Name Spellings like the people above me said. (I actually only commented to make sure people get that Merudy is NOT an official spelling) Relikz

Green or Pink?[]
I just realized that Meredy's eye color is hot pink in the second anime. But, the first anime made her eyes green. Should we say green AND pink or replace green with pink? Video Games Lover 23:03, June 20, 2015 (UTC)

Yeah that make sense, since for consistency i believe all of the quotes used on all character pages all over the wiki are from the manga and was created by mashima himself, compared to the anime scenes created by the animation studio. LightningGeist 09:10, December 17, 2018 (UTC)
Apart from also favouring manga quotes, I'm also not too keen of having a quote where the speaker talks directly to someone else and even refers to them in name.
So I'm mildly opposed to it as well.
If this quote ends up being used, I think the "Look forward, Rusty" and beyond should be taken out and it should only be left with the first sentence. NoNickNeeded (talk) 21:17, December 17, 2018 (UTC)
