Full name[]

According to the Funimation and Crunchyroll subs, this character's full name is Mattan Ginger. On an unrelated note, it sounds kind of like "ginger mutton". So, it sounds pretty official to me. Immblueversion (talk) 17:55, August 24, 2014 (UTC)

Just so you know, when I first made her article, I actually include "Mattan" in her name, since that's what Crunchy showed, until someone I don't want to name made a very smart move to make her article without waiting for me, and everything was in shambles. It still irritates me, tbh. Anyways, if ever, I don't mind either of the two since both sounds plausible, though if I have to pick, I'd go for Mattan.

I checked, and what I only saw was the usual characters. Though there are two characters that are listed in Kanji, which is impossible for me to read, I doubt that's her, since her name would probably end up being written in Katakana.

The two kanji characters listed in the credits of Episode 194 are Ichiya (一夜) and Rock Dragon (岩竜 Iwa Ryū). Which means that this character was voiced by one of the other credited voice actors, according to the one character per VA rule in these credits. Immblueversion (talk) 20:13, August 24, 2014 (UTC)

Excuse me, and I was sorry I edited without checking this talk page. But isn't she "マッタンジンジャー (ちゃん)" in Japanese (because she is Mattan Ginger) ? I thought she was presented by Hideo Nishimoto (西本英雄) in the comic "Chotto morimashita" (ちょっと盛りました。). Unfortunately, I don't have "Chotto morimashita" or "Weekly Shōnen Magazine" having the article now. Image Deleted.png is the source of Mattan Ginger-chan written by Hideo Nishimoto and discussed by him and Mashima and the animation director. Aegis & Bandou is the character discussed by them at the same time. See also: Talk:Aegis & Bandou and Image Deleted.png.
Her name was "マッタン・ジンジャーちゃん" named by Nishimoto, but Animation director, Shinji Ishihira called her "マッタンジンジャーちゃん" in Japanese. (As you know, Aegis & Bandou was changed the name, too)--Plover-Y (talk) 2015-04-04 15:42 (UTC)

Choko has already done it, though we should use the one the anime gave us because that is what appeared in the credits, and was the final name they "settled" on...
