i think we should add a portal on the main page for the guilds that play major parts in fairy tail's plot. it should include fairy tail, sabertooth, lamia scale, blue peagsus, quatro cerberus, mermaid heel, raven tail, phantom lord, Crime Sorcière, Oración Seis, Grimoire Heart, and Fairy Tail (Edolas). Official Volume 19 translations

Kodansha has released Volume 19 in English, and the following names have been given new spellings:

Roubaul is now Robaul.
Klodoa is now Kurodoa.

Character Profile Portals

I don't recall any discussion that brings this to mind, so I'll just announce it here.

From what's seen on the Main Page, there are two sections consisting of six portals each linking to different characters from the series. It appears that it's Protagonists on the top half while there are Antagonists on the lower half. Since that appears to be the case, why is it that Ikaruga is featured? Compared to the others (perhaps Ultear as well), she's a very minor character who's made significant appearances towards the latter half of one arc. I would propose that she be replaced with someone such as Brain/Zero. He is a major antagonist during the Oración Seis arc and I believe he would be better suited than Ikaruga to be on the Main Page in that particular area.

Locations Slider

Hey, now that Chaos uploaded HQ versions of the Slider's images, I decided to check it out and it came to my attention that the option "Locations" in the Slider isn't that cool :/ It redirects to Earthland's article, despite saying that it would be a "List of Locations" (poor Edolas). Also, it doesn't seem a very popular page (nor a veeeery important one, let's come) So what do you guys think about changing it? The Magic page sounds way more cool imo, but feel free to suggest another one.< Herme 23:45,1/17/2013

Ok so we are getting a bunch of proposed pics but I think that the image has to have the Magic centered. You guys are proposing too many images that have it at the side (like Herme's Ice-Make prop and all 3 Natsu's prop) and they look ugly in my opinion. I also think that the image should be something that screams out Magic, like Amaterasu, not just an effect that may happen naturally, like elemental Magic spells. Anyways, @Reli, my thoughts exactly. I also think that at least something Magic has to be shown (like the Magic Seal), not a static image like Lucy summoning Aquarius. So, the most suitable ones imo are Makarov casting Fairy Law and Hades and Makarov with their Magic Seals. Freed's rune is good, but it's kinda small :/

Magic seals aren't necessary... they are anime-only either way. I don't see being static as a problem for the Aquarius pic, however, we can't see the key so for all we know Aquairus was there the entire time and Lucy is just shoving her hand in to the water (not really, it's just an example). Why is Ikaruga in the front page? She is entirely minor character... Faust is a bit less minor, but I can't say he is a main character either... There is a plenty of more fitting characters, like Wendy, Carla, Gajeel, Juvia, Laxus, Makarov...

Recent Anime Episode Section...

Hey guys...

I've been thinking about this for a while, and I dunno if anyone else has been or if the admins have already discussed this and sorted something out, but due to the hiatus of the anime, the "recent anime episode" section on our Main Page is a little useless/meh.

The way I see it, there are 4 things that can be done right now in response to this, and I just want to see what you guys think about this:

The recent anime episode section stays as it is. This will mean that episode 175 will be stuck on the Main Page until 176 airs... whenever. I realise that it is the "recent" anime episode section, meaning that it should have the most recent episode, but I don't particularly like this, as I think it would be nice to have some change/I don't really want it there forever.
The episode featured in this section could be changed every month. My idea is that maybe alongside the featured pic/quote/article, we could pick an episode of the month that is featured on the Main Page. I dunno what you guys think about this, but this was the idea I had so it's not stagnant for the next year/however long it takes the anime to return.
We could just put a link to the list of episodes/anime page with a little summary of the anime and it's episodes, production studio etc.
The section is deleted altogether >___>

As far as I can see, these four options are pretty much it, but hey, that's why I'm putting this here, cause you guys might have some other ideas.

We can't have the 175 there for too long, at least we have to change it so the viewers could read different ones every week/month maybe and not the same thing again and again. changing Ikaruga

Riding the coattails of another Characters vote, I'd like to propose another change. Honestly, at this point in the series, I'm getting a little tired of seeing Ikaruga's face on the main page. I understand there hasn't been a change yet due to "ratio", "gender" and "allegiance" etc. so I decided to propose Minerva and am requesting the removal of Ikaruga. She's much more of a villian than Ikaruga was and has appeared plenty more times with much more relevance than the handful of chapters Ikaruga appeared in. Plus shes female so she pretty much fits the bill. I believe this hasn't been done yet due to the lack of proposition so here it is.

Magic

Hello, I was just hovering my mouse over those tabs on the wiki, and realized that under "Universe > Magic", there is another link to Magic. It is the same link but just different section of the page... I think that that link is completely redundant as it only takes scrolling to get through that section... I was thinking that it should be removed since that "Magic" can already be clicked under "Universe" and take you to the exact same page.

Edit: Same goes for the List of Fights, it is under the FIGHTS tab, but they both are linked to exact same page, why is it even included under the "Fight" tab with a fight page? are we having a Fight-ception here? ..::ShinShinTo::. 12:19, May 26, 2013 (UTC)

changing Mirajane

Proposing another change~ After looking at the portal,I just feel like Mirajane's panel looks out of place and could be replaced for Wendys... she fulfills the "ratio", "gender" and "allegiance" factor when it comes to choosing the panel characters and Wendy just seems to be more important than Mira, and Wendy is usually in the same group as Team Natsu (some album artwork, the battle vs. Hades etc.) So... let me know what you think!

Neutral - Not really sure... ( ._.) Both Mira and Wendy are very suitable there but Juvia should also deserve a place on the front page so I'm not sure... Maybe change Ultear to Mira, and change Faust to Juvia. >___> But that wouldn't balance the good/bad guy scale there... So again, I don't really mind if Mira gets replaced... .___.
