Since it's not an official name, I propose we remove the Throwing part.
So what happens if in a future chapter Gajeel makes a knife that is not a kunai? Two pages for each kind of knife even though they are both knifes?

Then that would be an entirely new spell on its own if it's different from what this spell/knife looks like.

No it wouldn't. As we've stated many times, just because spells don't look exactly the same, it doesn't mean that they aren't the same. it would be stupid to have an unnamed Kunai and Knife page. but whatever, we can think of that when, if, that ever happens.
