Personality[]

Just wanted to add what we know on Doom's personality. Doom seems to possess a childlike or cheerful personality. In "Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest" Chapter 55, page 16, when Doom is confronting Wendy, Carla and Happy (with Touka and the White Witch unconscious) he's yelling/shouting, "Let's play! Let's play!" Then on page 17, when Carla tries to kick Doom, he catches her foot while saying, "Whee!" He then continues on page 18, saying, "You'll be the first fated to die! Yippee!" Then on page 20, after he explains his ability, he says, "Thank you for playing with me, Kitty Girl." Then on page 21, the bottom panel, he says, "Who will play with me next? C'mon, tell me!" This seems to show that Doom is cheerful, views battle/fighting as a game and may be sadistic. Zachary1969 (talk) 00:47, May 8, 2020 (UTC)

I believe its still too early to finalize what doom's personality is, I agree it's undeniable that doom has a childlike and cheerful personality but saying that doom is also sadistic might be too soon, doom could just be childishly ignorant about the morality of killing living beings or doom just has no regards on the life of other beings outside the god seeds and the wood dragon god so wanting to play and kill its enemies is similar to exterminating insignificant ants and not really sadistic enough for doom to gain pleasure from the sufferings of others.

So at best let's just wait for more chapters or until the whole fight ends coz its also possible that being childish is just an act and when doom finally gets serious in a fight they might reveal who they really are or it could be the opposite and doom is just a child and will become friendly and help wendy out.
