This is the talk page for the article "Cube".
hey people was wondering aftr reading 492... should Plutogrim (now Alergia cause its a curse) have it's own page as a Demon? I know it sounds silly but Mirajane was shown to absorb the building which was turned into a demon after it was changed by alergia. It would be obviously deceased since the CSK killed him. thinkin more into it Hiro could of just made it Mirajane Plutogrim hehe. But what does everyoen think? I think it should be it's own personal page as a Demon (Etherious since all of Tartaros are Etherious) please respond :)--126.96.36.199 12:53, July 6, 2016 (UTC)
I meant to bring this up too... so is this a demon now after being Algeria'd? Lowkey, it would of made more sense if the Mira's take over was called Mirajane Plutogrim but that's not the point here. Since obviously Algeria is a curse would Plutogrim be a Demon since she absorbs the souls of demons? It would be weird but I think I get it, everyone saw Plutogrim actually scream and shit when Mard Geer transformed Cube too, which could be indicated as it was an actual living being. Plutogrim itself would get a page, be labeled an Etherious (like all demons in tartaros), and be deceased since the CSK killed him. What does everyone think?12:50, July 8, 2016 (UTC)
It's Alegria NCD DX
No, I actually think our article on Cube does its job quite well. Demon or not, the fact remains that Cube/Plutogrim is still a location. Cube is basically the place which can occasionally turn into a somewhat living being. Doesn't need its own separate page, in my opinion, as, as I already said, the article covers all of that.
Either way I wouldn't worry about the matter of how Mira called it. It might just be that she never heard the name Plutogrim, but Mard Geer broadcast the word "Alegria" via his telephathy so she knows that word for sure and might (or might not) have mistaken this as Plutogrims name.
But I agree with DM. Even if it is a living being (and I think it always is, even in the Cube form) it still is more relevant to the story as a location. Mentioning the Demon thing in the text only and leaving the location infobox would be fine with me. NoNickNeeded (talk) 07:07, July 9, 2016 (UTC)
I fine with any time of mention of it being a Demon, it's a fact now since it was absorbed so I think it needs to be mentioned, it's still plausible it can have its own page though. It checks off the usual to get a page09:57, July 9, 2016 (UTC)
Thought it was abundantly clear that Alegria was a curse that turned Cube from being a mere transportation device into a demon. Then again, I could just be mistaken. Yet again.

- Nope, you're correct. People are just getting confused due to Mirajane calling her Take Over Alegria, which, in all honesty, is most likely Mashima simply forgetting stuff like usual. .-. --Sane Lunatic (talk) 08:43, July 11, 2016 (UTC)
Ok, I think we all agree that Plutogrim should be listed as a Demon and perhaps this page altered to represent that, I disagree with a character page of its own though. What would we put there? What kind of synopsis? Cube floats to Magnolia and watches as Seilah blows up the guild? Yeah, no. It doesn't seem to have any conscience and is literally controlled to be moved around.09:55, July 11, 2016 (UTC)
lol it sounds silly but hey it happened during it's time being alive after Mard Geer got done with him. No matter how little suppose it should get it's own synopsis and stuff since it was alive. I agree with the already agreed changes for now though10:18, July 11, 2016 (UTC)
Wait, people didn't know Alegria is a Curse? Thought that's common sense by now o.O
But I honestly don't see why such a big fuss behind this. Living or not, it still served for the purpose of transportation, and it still remained a mere location. It was literally made "organic" to make things more difficult for Fairy Tail Mages who were inside of it, nothing else. Didn't attack anyone, just floated through the sky like a pre-modified Cube. As such, I only propose that we maybe just edit the part where Alegria's effect is mentioned a bit, and make it more clear the Cube turns into a living being or something. In my eyes, it doesn't deserve its own page because nobody really treated it like one. As regards the Mira argument, her adding the "Alegria" part to her Take-Over could I dunno? Just allude to the fact that she consumed all the Demons' remaining souls from the Cube? .-.
Shouldn't take it all too literally, if you ask me
- Not really relevant for the discussion itself, but I'd like to point out that Plutogrim did attack Magnolia and took quite a chunk of it along on it's way past . NoNickNeeded (talk) 14:13, July 11, 2016 (UTC)
true dm but organic is also alive right? What's the difference between Happy and Plutogrim? Both "living" transportation methods in my eyes. I took Mard Geer Alegria'ing Cube as a transformation to Plutogrim. I mean I feel like it has enough info for a page, but as long as it's named a Demon or Etherious I'm cool. Thought this was worth bringing up14:05, July 11, 2016 (UTC)
Just stating my opinion NCD. No harm done by bringing this up. But back to this, Happy has an influence on characters, talks, and isn't just a means of transportation, really. Now compare him to Plutogrim. Does it have influence on characters? Only to trap them inside of it. Does it talk or show any signs of communication? No. Is it a means of transportation? Yes. And it's really just that. I'm definitely for mentioning it as a living being/Demon/Etherious, but separating it to a page on its own is honestly just complicating things further. As much as infobox is kinda clunky on this matter, we can resolve this issue with the power of proper wording, making it as clear and concise as possible :P
*sighs*As far as I'm concerned:
- No separate page. Current setup of the Cube page is fine.
- Add Plutogrim to the list of Demons and Etherious (I'm assuming we consider it an Etherious?), the list of Characters, and to the character appearances on the appropriate pages, if it's not already there. In fact, Imma do the first three right away (and last one... someday... :P) --Sane Lunatic (talk) 14:20, July 11, 2016 (UTC)
I think we shouldn't add it anywhere, because it's not a character. I don't know how much more clear I can be when I say that this is stupid. And by the way, mentioning it as an Etherious is far from being alright. Etherious are directly from the Books of Zeref. Created by Zeref himself. Alegria makes Cube 'alive' in a sense, but we have: A) No idea how Cube was created; B) No idea who created it; C) Every indication that it was never alive to begin with. But if you people are hellbent on listing it places (for some retarded reason), listing it as an Etherious is a giant no-no, and speculation. If anything, artificially-created demon, and no higher, as just because a curse breathed life into it does not automatically mean that it recreates its origins. Tl;dr: it's not an etherious.

Your 'no idea how it was created' and 'artificially-created demon' statements are huge speculations, not otherwise. Every Demon there has been stated to be Zeref's creation and Etherious, and every member of Tartaros is all of these, Cobra made sure to explicitly point out that all of Tartaros members were Zeref's Demons. Just because Cube/Plutogrim was originally in a dormant state and Alegria woke it up doesn't make it any different. I'm sure that if the anime had more budget, they'd show it being more alive once it was up, but even then it had a 'voice' which destroyed the town and what not. Zeref called it his bookshelf, so even if we ignore all the things I have just pointed out, the odds of him creating Plutogrim to 'store' his books are far more likely.09:53, July 12, 2016 (UTC)
