Shirotsume is the town that Duke Everlue and Kaby Melon reside in.
Localization
Detailed location of the city was never revealed. However, there is a strong likelihood that there is either close to Magnolia, or that it is so small that it doesn't have its own railway station, how that Natsu and others arrived at the place of horse-drawn carriage
Description
Shirotsume is a small town, which could be seen as located in mountainous areas.
It has a feudalistic government, and Duke Everlue had complete and total control over the town[1] till Team Natsu arrived. Disclosure of his behavior led to his arrest. [2]
The main point of the town was the residence of Everlue, but was destroyed during the mission the destruction of Day Break.
