1. Hero's
(Hero's(ヒーローズ))
Team Natsu takes a tropical vacation on True Island, where the truth of the world sleeps. While exploring the jungle, Natsu gets into a fight over a fruit with a boy who uses Gravity Ether Gear, a strange power unlike any Magic Natsu has ever seen. Their battle is interrupted by the boy's friend, Rebecca, who reveals that there are plenty other fruits just like the one they've been bickering over. With their differences resolved, Natsu immediately befriends the boy, Shiki, and offers to help him find a friend named Homura, who went missing while looking for something on the island called "Oasis". Unbeknownst to them, their presence is found by one of the island's natives, Shinra, whose concerns for Oasis are dismissed by his elderly mentor, the Creator, who can turn things from his imagination into reality. Meanwhile, Haru and his friends are also on the island and intend to destroy Oasis. HERO'S Cover 1 October 16, 2019
2. Island
(Island(アイランド))
After Natsu and Shiki's groups marvel over the similarities between each other and the people they know, the two boys set out with Happy to investigate the island town in search of Homura, who recovers from a heatstroke to find herself imprisoned in a temple dungeon. While she puts up with the company of Wonderful Gocche and Ichiya, Haru's group infiltrates the temple to confront the Creator over Oasis, a Dark Bring that gives him his power over imagination; as a sign of goodwill, the Creator reveals all of his soldiers to be imaginary and dispels them away. Upon Natsu and Shiki's arrival in town, Let and Julia—a duo with the scent of Dragons—overhear the two boys talking about Oasis and prepare to eliminate them, assuming them to be enemies. Magic

Important Terms

Guilds

Fairy Tail (妖精の尻尾(フェアリーテイル) Fearī Teiru): A Mage guild that Natsu and his friends are members of.[4]

Teams

Team Natsu: The strongest team in Fairy Tail, which is otherwise unnamed. It is spearheaded by Natsu.

Crew of Edens: The crew of the spaceship Edens Zero, led by Shiki in a voyage to find Mother, the Goddess of the Cosmos.

Rave Warriors: A group that accompanies the Rave Master, Haru, on his quest to find the Rave Stones and restore peace to the world.

Locations

True Island (トゥルーアイランド Turū Airando): A tropical island where the truth of the world is rumored to be found.[5]

Others

Ether Gear (エーテルギア Ēteru Gia): A technique that allows its user to reconfigure the flow of Ether in their body like a machine, giving them superhuman abilities. It is assumed by Natsu Dragneel to be some form of Magic, though this is denied by Shiki Granbell.[6]

  • Gravity Ether Gear (重力のエーテルギア Jūryoku no Ēteru Gia): A form of Ether Gear that allows its user, Shiki, to alter the strength and direction of gravity for themselves and others. This includes the ability to walk on upside-down surfaces, float in midair, "fall" sideways to move at great speeds, and generate orbs of gravity that increase the weight and force of the user's attacks.[7]

B-Cube: A cubical video-recording device that Rebecca wears around her neck.[8]

Edens Zero (エデンズ ゼロ Edenzu Zero): An interstellar warship that is used by the Crew of Edens to explore the cosmos. Its existence is kept a secret from the denizens of Earth Land, since the knowledge of space-travel would upend the planet's "primitive" culture.[9]

Dark Bring (ダークブリング Dāku Buringu): A type of evil stone that gives its user special powers, but also dyes their heart in darkness and corrupts them. It is Haru's duty as the Rave Master to travel the world and destroy Dark Brings wherever he can find them.[10]

  • Oasis (オアシス Oashisu): This Dark Bring is a "fountain of dreams" that grants its holder the ability to create real people and creatures from their imagination. It is owned by the Creator, who does not show the usual signs of corruption from using the Dark Bring.[11]

Rave: A holy stone used by the Rave Master, Haru Glory, that harbors the power to destroy Dark Brings. It is embedded in Haru's sword, the Ten Commandments.[12]

Ten Commandments: Haru's weapon, a sword that harnesses the power of Rave to assume different forms with their own unique powers.[13][12]

  • Eisenmeteor: A large, iron sword that is capable of knocking multiple enemies away.[12] It is the default form of Haru's sword.[13]
  • Explosion (爆発の剣(エクスプロージョン) Ekusupurōjon): A sword that creates powerful explosions on impact.[14]
  • Silfarion (音速の剣(シルファリオン) Shirufarion): A sword that allows Haru to move and attack enemies at superhuman speed.[15]

Tonfa Blasters: A pair of tonfas used by Elie that fire rounds of physical ammunition.[13][16]

Silver Claiming: An alchemical technique that allows its user, Musica, to change the shape of silver objects.[15]

  • Silver Ray (シルバーレイ Shirubā Rei): Musica transforms his silver necklace into a spear, allowing him to take down multiple enemies at once.[15]
