Magic Staves are special magical weapons for casting spells in both Earth Land and Edolas.
Description[]
These Magic Items are magical staffs that can produce a variety of Magic abilities. Some will specify abilities, others however are used as extensions of user’s Magic similar to wands. Staves can also be used as effective Melee Combat weapons.[3] Using them, a skilled Holder-Type Mage can be powerful enough to fight another on the level of a tremendously powerful S-Class Mage.[1] The Mage in question can also capable of defeating several guilds solo.[4]

Mystogan uses several staves which can be used to fight on the same level of very powerful S-Class Mages like Laxus.[5]

First Staff[]
- First staff is a long wooden staff like the others and its head is a three-spiked fork.[5]
Second Staff[]
- Second staff is a long wooden staff like the others and its head is round with a large red and yellow eye.[5]
Third Staff[]
- Third staff is a long wooden staff like the others and its has two curvy circles and on top of them is a skull with horns.[5]
Fourth Staff[]
- Fourth staff is a long wooden staff like the others and its head is fan-shaped. This is Mystogan's primary staff. It can also shoot powerful magical beams.[5]
Fifth Staff[]
- Fifth staff is a long wooden staff like the others and it looks like the number 3 turned backwards The upper part of the staff has three golden rings.[5]
