As it's name suggest, Winged Fish looks like a quite big and colorful fish with a pair of wings (Like the Exceeds wings). They usually fly around and keep talking "I can fly!", "You can fly!" or "Can you fly?".
Winged fish are totally uneatable, their taste is so gross, that a request must be created (worth 30 000 J) for a daredevil, who could be ready to try them. Even Happy, who loves fish in any possible form, cannot eat them.
