The Guiltina Magic Council MИP (ギルティナ 大陸 魔法評議院 MИP Girutina Tairiku Mahō Hyōgiin Mīru) is the ruling body of the world of Magic in the Guiltina continent.[1]
Overview[]
As the main ruling body of the Magic world in the Guiltina continent, the Guiltina Magic Council MИP possesses almost utmost control over it, acting as a leading government of sort.
Having monitored the Wood Dragon God continuously from the town of Dramil Town[2] and prior to his awakening the Guiltina Magic Council MИP authorized its 23rd Division lead by Robert to spearhead Operation Wood Dragon Suppression (木神竜討伐作戦 Mokushinryū Toubatsu Sakusen), which aims to eliminate one of the Five Dragon Gods through the means of surrounding the Wood Dragon with an airship fleet installed with a powerful Uranus cannons and bombarding it. However, due to the attacks being ineffective against Aldoron, the Dragon retaliates and destroys the whole fleet, eventually killing everyone involved in the operation.[3]
Military[]
As it is essentially the government of the Magic world in Guiltina, the Council has an array of armed forces at its disposal.
Airship Fleet[]
The Guiltina Magic Council possesses a large number of airships that are used by its forces as a means of transportation all over the Guiltina continent. These airships are then assigned to its various divisions that are deployed all over the continent to accomplish various authorized operations.[4]
Magical Convergent Cannon: Uranus[]
The Guiltina Magic Council is in possession of the Magical Convergent Cannon: Uranus (魔法収束砲 ウラヌス Mahō Shūsoku Hō: Uranusu), a powerful weapon that is similar but stronger than the Magical Convergent Cannon: Jupiter due to having a greater magic power than the latter.[5] Vast amounts of these are installed in all of the Guiltina Magic Council's airships in order to overwhelm their target by surrounding it before firing its cannons. When fired, the cannon releases a compressed beam of energy that can wreaks destruction on its target.[6]
