Fire Dragon's Iron Fist (火竜の鉄拳 Karyū no Tekken) is a Fire Dragon Slayer Magic Spell.
Description
The user engulfs their fist in flames and then punches their opponent, causing, aside from sheer blunt damage, damage from the flames as well.[1] This attack can also be performed with both hands at once.[2]
When the user is Dragonized, their Fire Dragon's Iron Fist becomes far more powerful, gaining blue flames in it's makeup.[3] By becoming a Seven Flames Dragon with the power of six other Dragon Slayers, the user can manifest a giant fist made of flames.[4]
Trivia
- Natsu Dragneel momentarily renamed this ability Cat Fire (猫ファイアー Neko Faiā) while wearing a cat mask taken from Millianna's collection.[2]
- Hiro Mashima said that this technique is Natsu's signature move.
