Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki[]
Main article: Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki
Ichiya is the strongest Mage of Blue Pegasus and one of Bob's most trusted member. In order to take on the Oración Seis, Bob entrusted Ichiya and his team to join the Allied Forces and deal with the Dark Guild. During the X791 Grand Magic Games, Ichiya was again entrusted to take Blue Pegasus to the top with Team Blue Pegasus. He was also the only member of the team to know the secret identity of the Mage in the rabbit suit; the only other person to know was Bob himself.
Hibiki Lates[]
Main article: Hibiki Lates
Though not directly seen, Hibiki is known to have a good relationship with his guild master. When his team was sent to join the Allied Forces to combat Oración Seis, Hibiki was entrusted by Bob with information as to what Nirvana actually did, information of which simple knowledge as to its existence would place a person in danger, thus showing the level of trust and confidence Hibiki has earned from Bob.[1]

Lucy Heartfilia[]
Main article: Lucy Heartfilia
Flare first encountered Lucy in the X791 Grand Magic Games while the latter was watching Gray participate in Hidden. Upon seeing that Lucy was looking at her, Flare referred to her as "blondie" and, seeing the stern look on her face, continued calling her as such until she was told to stop.[1] Upon being matched up against Lucy for the battle portion of the day, Flare continued to refer to her by her hair color[2] had no problem playing dirty upon being cornered, going so far as to threaten Asuka Connell unless Lucy did whatever she was told to do.[3] Showing her full willingness to attack the immobile Lucy, Flare went so far as to prevent her for forfeiting, intending to fully humiliate her in front of the audience and even place the Raven Tail crest over her Fairy Tail crest.[4] However, when her plans were broken and she was nearly defeated, Flare was saved by her teammate Obra's illegal interference, following which she gloated about her undeserved victory to a sobbing Lucy, despite knowing the truth.[5]
However, her arrest by the Fiore Forces on the third day of the tournament seems to have changed Flare, as she approached Lucy at Ryuzetsu Land and apologized for her actions.[6] Much later on, Raven Tail had disbanded and with nowhere to go, Flare went to the Fairy Tail Guild's new bathhouse. Revealing everything to them, Lucy considered asking Makarov about letting her join, showing that she did not hold her harsh treatment against her. However, Flare instead claimed she didn't want to join Fairy Tail, to Lucy's dismay.[7]
Much later, Flare saved Lucy and Wendy from a bullet during a battle.[8] Asked how she found them, Flare stated that she had been stalking Lucy, but revealed it as a joke[9] and soon teamed up with the Fairy Tail Mages to defeat their enemy.[10] With the battle finished, Flare revealed her history and apologized to Lucy, who ultimately forgave her, cementing a strong relationship between the two.[11]

Erza Scarlet[]
Main article: Erza Scarlet
Erza's victory in Pandemonium earned acknowledgement from Minerva,[1] though the two would not meet in battle until the final day of the Grand Magic Games, where Minerva would accuse Fairy Tail of being part of the reason that people were losing faith in Sabertooth, something which she would take care of by defeating Erza.[2] As such, Minerva cemented her as a rival of sorts, taking visible pleasure in harming her and doing so where others could see.[3]
Ultimately however, Minerva was unable to compete with Erza's Nakagami Armor and was defeated in their battle, taking her out of the Grand Magic Games.[4] Since this defeat, Minerva joined the Dark Guild Succubus Eye and developed an attitude towards Erza bordering on sadism. During their encounter in the Sun Village, Minerva held a weakened Erza at sword-point, fully intending to kill her but showing her vanity as she wished for her to plead for her life first. Once Erza was restored to normal however, Minerva received a kick to the face and though she now had a counter in case Erza used the Nakagami Armor, seeing her skirt accidentally snatched angered her even further.[5] Despite being forced to end the battle, Minerva remained determined, telling Erza that she would defeat her one day on a grand scale, showing her unwillingness to leave Erza be even as the latter showed worry for her, telling her not to succumb to the darkness, something Minerva ignored and scoffed at.[6]
Mermaid Heel Guild[]
Kagura Mikazuchi[]
Main article: Kagura Mikazuchi
Though not having much interaction outside of battle, Minerva and Kagura are not in good terms. Kagura deeply resents Minerva for having taken Millianna as captive and used her only to 'make things more interesting'. Minerva then used her captive to enrage Kagura, only to stab Kagura in the back later on and return Millianna with severe cuts in the back because Minerva needed to 'entertain herself'.
Other[]
Jiemma[]
Jiemma is Minerva's father as well as her guild master during their time in Sabertooth. Initially, she was shown to be confident in her father's power, having stated that Natsu would have been defeated during their fight had it continued any longer. However, her scenario of blocking Natsu's attack aimed at her father appeared more aimed towards settling the matter rather than actually protecting him, as she was shown to only be concerned about what would happen to their guild had Jiemma killed Natsu.[7]
As such, despite being related by blood, Minerva was never shown to have truly cared for the well being or status of her father in the context of being his daughter. After Jiemma was struck down by an enraged Sting, Minerva in fact referred to his dominion over Sabertooth as a "reign of terror" and openly suggested Sting as the next guild master. Jiemma himself was shown to be unaware of this side of her, as he was openly surprised upon hearing such things, as well as when she referred to him as a loser for being beaten by Sting, so much so that he did not belong in Sabertooth.[8] Though the two agreed on the need for Sabertooth to be the strongest, they had different methods of accomplishing this.[9] When Sabertooth failed to retain its title as the #1 guild in Fiore, both Minerva and Jiemma left the guild, seemingly breaking contact as Minerva joined Succubus Eye while Jiemma's whereabouts were unknown.[10]
