Black Will is the 163rd chapter of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest by Hiro Mashima and Atsuo Ueda, a sequel to Fairy Tail.
Faris reveals who she is and the source of her power which ties her to Acnologia. In response, Ignia has the Signario Sisters begin to enact his plan, causing changes in the other remaining Dragon Gods: Selene and Mercphobia.
Summary[]
Questioned on her identity by Natsu, Faris reveals herself to not be the Faris of Edolas as he suspected, but of Earth Land. While Ignia is intrigued by Faris, who reveals when asked that her connection to Acnologia stems from her being not only the Black Wizard, but a Black Magic Dragon, he sees her as in the way of his discussion with Natsu.
But, when Ignia attempts to attack Faris with a fiery punch in response to her asking if he fears Acnologia, she responds with an attack from her left arm, a mechanical arm based off of Acnologia's. As it turns out, after the battle between Igneel and Acnologia, where the Fire Dragon King ripped off the latter's left arm, Faris came upon the discarded body appendage. Gaining power from the arm, Faris became the embodiment of Acnologia's will, seeking to destroy everything as the Black Dragon once did.
In response to this, Ignia calls on the Signario Sisters to cast a spell, identified by Faris as Dragonization Magic, which Ignia implies is tied to the True Dragon King Festival. Ignia then tells Natsu that he and his team were only able to seal away the other Dragon Gods because they did not fight the Mages seriously. Elaborating further, Ignia states that Dogramag spread roots across Guiltina and that even Ignia's power was suppressed by this.
With the Signario Sisters' spell having engulfed the Fire God's Castle, four beams fire off across Guiltina. At the Diabolos Guildhall, Selene begins to glow, much to her confusion and her Guildmates' concern. Meanwhile in Ermina Town, the townspeople watch in confusion, alongside Karameel, as Mercphobia transforms into his Dragon form, causing destruction to the building he had been in.
