God Serena's Dark Dragon forces Jellal to relive the inner darkness and sins weighing on his soul. The events leading up to his abduction by the Cult of Zeref reveal the origin of his Siegrain persona and drive Jellal to reflect on his journey back into the light, spurring him on to use a new spell.
