Fairy Heart Form is an unnamed transformation from obtaining the infinite Magic Power from Fairy Heart and combining it with the Time Magic power from the Space Between Time.[1]

In this form, the user’s attire becomes completely white with an intricate design and markings, their hair also changes color, with a pair of glowing white wings from their back.[1]
Magic and Abilities[]
Time Magic: This form grants the user literal infinite power over time and space itself, this form is said to surpass the god of time and space. A notable feat shown when the user was able to reverse time even after seemingly being destroyed, thus restoring themselves and the damage area.[1]
- Neo Eclipse: While the user has control over the Space Between Time, it can be repurposed as a Gate, by passing through it allows the caster to rewrite time, resulting in the erasure of the current world for a new one they created, with notable differences from the original. Described as not going forward or back in time, but a complete reset.[2][3]

- The game Fairy Tail Goku • Mahō Ranbu showcases an alternate timeline where Mavis Vermillion obtained the form instead. With it, she could create realistic illusionary duplicates of herself and send them back in time to past battlefields to alter their outcomes. Because this power is supposed to be unique, only one person at a time is able to control it, as it otherwise forms a massive contradiction that causes many different timelines and possibilities to collapse into one, resulting in complete chaos, as was the case when alternate versions of both Zeref and Mavis in Fairy Heart forms met.[4]
