The Water Capital: Ermina (水の都・エルミナ Mizu no Miyako Erumina) is a small port town in the Valeria Region of Guiltina.

Ermina is a harbor town with an aquatic theme and matching architecture where some of the various buildings resemble seashells. The town also contains a number of windmill buildings and aquaduct bridges that carry water for smaller boats to ride for transport. The city's terrain shoreline surrounds a large inlet gulf of water that connects to the ocean. It's most well-known for being a city where the townspeople worship Mercphobia, the Water Dragon God. The walls on the buildings appear to be filthy, covered in moss as a result of a high tide that occurs regularly at night.[1]
Ermina is a town for aquatic life and submerges itself when the tied rises, its entirely populated by various sentient Fish that were originally Humans and return to their original forms when the tied lowers. The area also contains complimentary medicine beverage for visitors that allows them to breath and speak underwater.[2] The rising tied is actually an unnatural occurrence caused by Mercphobia losing control of his power, he’s also the one that gave the townspeople the ability to turn into fishes to adapt to it.[3]
