Dragonoid is a dangerous Magic Item.
Description[]
It is a magical, mechanical Dragon and the latest in the line of Artificial Dragons created by the mad scientist; Daphne. The cockpit is placed within the head of the mech where it is controlled by piano keys instead of buttons using Neurotransmission Lacrima sensitivity. Within its chest is a large red Lacrima core as its power source and where a captive Dragon Slayer is placed to drain its Magic power.[1]
Abilities[]
Magic Absorption: The Dragon mech continually absorbs the Magic of the Dragon Slayer Magic trapped within to keep itself active and running.[1] However, the Dragonoid is still prone to overload when the Dragon Slayer releases too much Magic Power at once, causing to critically overdrive. The pilot can manually adjust the capacity to maintain the excess power but only to an extent.[2]
- Fire Dragon Slayer Magic: Having captured Natsu Dragneel to power the Dragonoid, it gave the artificial Dragon access to its power over fire.[3]
- Fire Dragon's Roar: The Dragonoid was able to spew a powerful breath of fire from its mouth after taking in a lot of Natsu's at once.[3]
Immense Strength: The Dragonoid possesses a great amount of strength, to break the ground it steps on.[2]
Immense Durability: The Dragonoid is seemingly nearly indestructible, having endured several attacks from most of the Fairy Tail Guild with little to no damage. That is until Gajeel destroyed the core to free Natsu who then destroyed the fake Dragon. Implying it can only be damaged by Dragon Slayer Magic.[3]
Flight: The Dragonoid is capable of flying like a real Dragon with a pair of wings.[2]
