Dragon or Demon is the 520th chapter of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail.

After the fall of Irene and Natsu's decision to remain human between either becoming a Dragon or Demon, Universe One dispels and returns Fiore back to it's normal state, leading Natsu to take the charge for their final stand towards their guild.

Summary

Irene dies after finally revealing her love for her daughter, Erza.

Wendy stops feeling Makarov's presence on the battleground and takes it as a problem with her magic. Erza tells her about the master's death and they both cry.

Igneel, tells Natsu in his sleep that he has to choose either one of his Dragon or Demon fate. But Natsu knows that he does not want to be either and wants to remain as a human. His strong will to remain human makes him wake up and he suddenly sees Lucy naked, and Happy both hugging him out of relief. Porlyusica arrives and a how he is, and he replies by saying that he is great.

They rejoice and Natsu prepares to battle out Zeref and Acnologia with Fairy Tail.
