Tartaros Arc, Part 6: Magna Carta is the 405th chapter of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail.

Natsu and Igneel continue their battles against Mard Geer and Acnologia, with Natsu becoming overwhelmed by Mard Geer's incredible durability and attack power. Forced down into the ruins of Cube, Natsu is joined by Sting and Rogue, and together the trio begin a three-way attack on the Underworld King. Eventually pushed back due to their teamwork, a livid Mard Geer responds that he shall no longer hold back.

Summary

Concurrent to Erza's battle against Kyôka, Natsu stands off against Mard Geer. With Igneel still fighting Acnologia above, Natsu rushes the Underworld King, and, slipping under the Demon's Curse, proceeds to attack him with Fire Dragon's Claw. Mard, however, catches the Dragon Slayer's foot and, forcing Natsu down through the ruins of Cube, declares that he is no Dragon at all compared to those fighting above. Seeing Natsu fall, Igneel becomes worried, though cannot move to help Natsu, as Acnologia continues his attack. Sending a Dragon's Roar at Igneel, Acnologia finally speaks, acknowledging the Fire Dragon as an opponent and vowing to slay him.

Natsu, Sting and Rogue team up to fight Mard Geer

Simultaneously, Mard leaps after Natsu into the ruins, though is stopped in his assault on the Fairy Tail Mage by Sting and Rogue, who come to Natsu's aid. After a short greeting, Sting tells Natsu that they should team up to take out Mard Geer three versus one, though Natsu refuses, stating that he wants to complete Igneel's request by himself. With Rogue angered by Natsu's childishness considering the circumstances they are in, Sting eventually manages to trick Natsu into letting them join by making the battle a competition. The three Dragon Slayers then continuously attack Mard Geer, and, though the Demon manages to dodge them to start with, he eventually falls prey to their strong teamwork.

Pushed back by Sting, Mard Geer pulls himself up from the ground, and, grinning sadistically at the trio, declares that they have finally made him mad.
