Annihilation of Six Demons?! is the 151st chapter of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail.

While the battle between Hoteye and Midnight intensifies, Natsu is found by Brain and he decides that Natsu will be made a member of the Oración Seis. Fortunately, Jura, Gray and Lucy arrive and, after learning that Cait Shelter is Nirvana's target, Jura begins to battle Brain, showing his true power as one of the Ten Wizard Saints.

Summary

Cobra shot by Brain

After their aerial battle against Cobra, Gray and Happy, poisoned and exhausted, falls to the ground and are unable to move. Cobra then manages to stand up and prepares to finish the defenseless Natsu. However, he is struck down by Brain, who mocks him and calls all of his allies "replaceable". Cobra angrily falls after releasing his Prayer: to hear his best friend, Cubellios, talk. Seeing Brain's attacking his allies, Natsu angrily questions him. Brain tells him that allies are replaceable but Natsu calls this allies puppets. Brain then tells Natsu that his power intrigues him and that he will use Nirvana to make him his first “puppet”.

	Hoteye and the wounded Midnight

Elsewhere, the Nirvana affected Hoteye appears to be winning against Midnight. Midnight attempts to run away but is found by Hoteye's Heaven's Eye, attacked by Liquid Ground and seemingly defeated.

Meanwhile, Gray, Lucy and Jura run into Brain who is dragging Natsu by his scarf. Jura then confronts him, asking him to drop Natsu and to tell them the purpose of attacking Cait Shelter. Brain refuses to answer him, causing Jura to attack him and making Lucy and Gray comment on his strength.
