Butterfly Horn (胡蝶の角(バタフライホーン) Batafurai Hōn) is an Alchemist Guild located in the continent of Guiltina.

Overview

Not much is known about Butterfly Horn, other than it is an Alchemist Guild whose members practice Alchemy. Like other Alchemists, they want to create the Philosopher's Stone, but have yet to succeed.

Location and Building

Exterior Design

The Butterfly Horn Guild is located in a rocky area far from any cities. The building has a large butterfly sign over a dome with a pair of horns jutting out from the sides and four circular windows below. The main entrance has a smaller butterfly sign above it. Around the build are a few towers with smokestacks that constantly emit gas, a large pipe sticking into the ground, and several trees.

Interior Design

What little of the interior is shown to have wooden floors and ceilings, the latter having a square frame showing the boards placed above. The walls have an array of metal plates bolted down and the main entrance has a round frame with two large wooden doors.

History

The guild was visited by Sting, Yukino, Minerva, and Lector asking if they have anyone who could create the Philosopher's Stone for them. The guild members laugh at that, explaining that every Alchemists want to make that but none have succeeded, not even Duke. Just as the four leave, two members flirt with Minerva. Their guild building is then destroyed by Minerva.
