Blade (ブレイド Bureido) was a Demon from the Books of Faris and was a member of the Oración Sechs.

Appearance

Blade has short black hair with bangs that cover his whole forehead. He noticeably has pointy ears and markings at the corner of his eyes. He appears to wear a militaristic attire with a cape over it held by a badge with a star brand. Blade carries a sword on the left side of his hip held by his belt.

Personality

Not much is currently known about Blade's personality. However, true to his name, he often threatens to cut down his enemies using his "Demonic Blade," including Zero after he threatened to kill Faris.

History

Like his fellow Oración Sechs members, Blade was created through currently unknown means by the Black Wizard Faris to fight her enemies.

Synopsis

True Dragon King Festival arc

After the Oración Sechs are called upon by Faris, she informs them of Ignia's goal to turn Guiltina into a "Dragon World," as well as Team Natsu's opposition to him, and her own goal to kill both Humans and Dragons and create a world of Black Wizards where the 2 former species aren't needed. Amongst the Oración Sechs' reaction to this, Blade pledges to cut both species down with his sword. He later threatens to cut Zero down for threatening to kill Faris when the team's mission is complete. As Ignia approaches, Faris offers to fight him on her own, sending Blade and the rest of the Oración Sechs to pursue their mission.

Blade Using his Slashing Black Magic

Slashing Black Magic (斬の黒魔法 Zan no Kuro Mahō): As a "Black Wizard", Blade uses this form of Black Magic. This Magic allows him to make soundless slashes with his sword and be able to effortlessly cut through both Magic and the ground.

Telepathy (念話(テレパシー) Terepashī): Blade is able to read thoughts, such as reading Erik's thoughts, which Erik seemingly mistook for Hearing Magic.

Demonic Blade (悪魔の剣 Akuma no Tsurugi): Blade's signature weapon that he also calls Black Blade (黒の剣 Kuro no Ken) that he uses to employ his signature Black Magic. The weapon takes the form of a curved-bladed saber with a handle shaped like a snake.
