Artificial Lizardman are a type of Golem, humanoid lizard-like creatures artificially created by Daphne as her own version of the Lizardman.

Appearance

Artificial Lizardmen have narrow snouts with sharp teeth and white eyes. They have two sets of triangular spikes covering their head up to their long tails. A single spike can be seen sprouting out of their chin. When an Artificial Lizardman mimics an opponent, they sometimes mimic their appearance as well (e.g. Loke, Wakaba, and Elfman's hairstyles, Plue's form, and Macao's jewelry). They overall resemble the Crocodile Lizardmen, having gray scales instead.

• Lizardmen: Daphne created Artificial Lizardmen in order to collect information about other people. These Lizardmen are able to collect data regarding a person's fighting style by mimicking them.
• Lizardmen v2.5: After collecting data from the first version Lizardmen fights, Daphne created a new set of Lizardmen, which were more powerful than the first.
• Lizardmen v3.1: Daphne created these Lizardmen in order to defeat the members of the Fairy Tail Guild. These Lizardmen were able to fight on equal terms with the guild's Mages, until, that is, they were defeated by Gray Fullbuster and Juvia Lockser's Unison Raid.

Magic and Abilities

Copy (コピー Kopī): Artificial Lizardmen are designed to be able to adapt to match the attributes of their opponents. However copies are not as powerful as their opponents.

• Requip: The Knight (換装騎士(ザ・ナイト)Kansō Za Naito): While copying Erza Scarlet, A Lizardman is able to requip her armor and weapons to fight their opponent despite not being as fast at requipping as Erza.

• Earth Magic (土系各種魔法 Tsuchi Kei Kakushu Mahō): While copying Virgo, A Lizardman is able to dig tunnels to attack and evade while underground.
  • Diver (土潜(ダイバー) Daibā): While copying Virgo, A Lizardman is able to use this spell to travel underground.

• Regulus (王の光(レグルス) Regurusu): While copying Loke, A Lizardman is able to use this Magic against Loke himself.

• Take Over (接収(テイクオーバー) Teiku Ōbā): While copying Elfman, A Lizardman is able to use this Magic against Elfman himself.
  • Partial Take Over: While copying Elfman, A Lizardman is able to partially transform their body part into a different form.
    • Beast Arm: Iron Bull (鉄牛 Tetsugyū): While copying Elfman, A Lizardman is able to use this spell to transform their tail into having the features of an iron bull.

• Purple Flare (紫の炎(パープルフレア) Pāpuru Furea): While copying Macao Conbolt, A Lizardman is able to use this Magic against Macao himself.

• Smoke Magic (煙魔法 Kemuri Mahō): While copying Wakaba Mine, A Lizardman is able to use this Magic against Wakaba himself.
  • Smoke Fake: While copying Wakaba, A Lizardman is able to use this spell to create multiple copies of itself made of smoke and evade attacks.

• Weapon Usage: While copying Erza, A Lizardman is able to use various weapons against Erza.
• Hand-to-Hand Combat: While copying Loke, A Lizardman is able to fight Loke in hand-to-hand combat.
• Nikora Physiology: While copying Plue, A Lizardman is able to copy Plue's abilities.
